What data we process and why

Contact form and e-mail communication: name, e-mail address and the content of your message. We process this data to handle your enquiry and the related business communication. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Form spam protection: the Cloudflare Turnstile service is used when the form is submitted and may process your IP address and technical browser identifiers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep enquiry data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and the related communication, as a rule no longer than 12 months after the last communication. If a contractual relationship arises from the enquiry, the data is kept for the periods required by law (in particular accounting and tax regulations).

Recipients of the data

The data is processed on our behalf by technical infrastructure providers (website hosting, e-mail services) acting as processors bound by a data processing agreement.

For spam protection, the recipient is Cloudflare, Inc. Any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The site embeds a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.). The map is loaded directly from Google, which may process technical browser data when displaying it.

Cookies

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary tools are used (form spam protection and the embedded map).
